CAMBIAMO L'EUROPA, CAMBIAMO L'ITALIA
Corteo da piazza della Repubblica a Piazza San Giovanni – ore 14.00
Sono già centinaia le organizzazioni nazionali e locali, le reti, i movimenti che stanno preparando la loro partecipazione al grande, plurale, pacifico corteo che nel pomeriggio del 15 attraverserà le vie della Capitale, prima tappa di un percorso di mobilitazione che continuerà anche dopo quella giornata.
La manifestazione partirà alle 14.00 da piazza della Repubblica e, dopo aver attraversato via Cavour, Largo Corrado Ricci, via Dei Fori Imperiali, piazza del Colosseo, via Labicana, via Manzoni, via Emanuele Filiberto, raggiungerà piazza San Giovanni.
210 le mobilitazioni già previste il 15 ottobre in tutta Europa, nel Mediterraneo e in altre regioni del mondo, contro la distruzione dei diritti, dei beni comuni, del lavoro e della democrazia causata dalle politiche anticrisi, che difendono i profitti e la speculazione finanziaria.

Las organizaciones sindicales y sociales reunidas en el día de hoy queremos:
1.- Ratificar nuestro NO rotundo a la reforma de las pensiones, cuyo único objetivo es recortarlas y dejar el terreno limpio para los planes privados del que harán negocio banqueros y especuladores.
2.- Manifestar una vez más nuestro rechazo a la política antisocial de este Gobierno del paro, los recortes sociales, las privatizaciones, la reforma laboral y la reforma de la Negociación Colectiva. Rechazamos unas medidas que al dictado de la Patronal, la Unión Europea y el Fondo Monetario Internacional (FMI) tienen como únicos beneficiarios a los bancos y las multinacionales.

Among brothel miasma exhaling from the palaces of power, today in the streets of tens of Italian cities, hundreds of thousand workers and students have brought a breath of fresh air, of rebellion and protest against the arrogance of the ruling class and the government.
In the framework of the general strike called by COBAS (with a relevant turnout in school -with an average of 25% in the main cities- but also in the health service, in the public service, Telecom and postal service, in addition to the success of the public transport strike, predated of 2 days- between 50% and 90% in the main cities-) and the one called by FIOM for metalworkers, COBAS and other rank and file unions (with 70-80% joining in the most relevant provinces) workers of the public and private sectors, with many secondary school and university students, have demonstrated today to tell the country and the rest of the world that Italy is not that horrifying and grotesque reality outlined by the ultra-corrupted contortions of a power with no control and institutional, political, moral and cultural restraints.
TOWARDS THE GENERAL STRIKE OF THE 28 JANUARY
The result of the one-sided and fraudulent referendum at Fiat Mirafiori, is a great example of workers’ resistance and strength and must be translated into a stimulus for all waged and popular sectors towards a large sized revolt against the arrogance of the ruling class and the government ,beginning with the metalworkers’ strike called for the 28 January from Fiom and extended by COBAS as a general strike of all workers.
